My work began with a simple conviction: talent is universal, but opportunity is not distributed equally. Too many exceptional professionals lose years — and savings — to intermediaries who sell hope instead of pathways.
As CEO at PROPELLIX, I built the infrastructure I wished existed: a direct line between licensed sponsoring employers and the skilled people they need. That means verified roles, transparent processes, and strategy grounded in the actual immigration rules — not rumours.
